Beat those Winter Blues

Its here again, that old friend of ours Winter.
I like the winter months and this year will make extra effort to keep recharged.

Last year i was very run down and very low due to a lot of emotional trauma in my life. My immune system completely crashed and an illness had started to attack the nervous system with muscle weakness and aches and i felt depressed.
So this year i am using all my experience and knowledge to help myself and of course all of you with some help and tips to beat those winter blues.

The most important and influential part of the day is my morning, i wake and for 2 minutes just lie in bed and stop any negative chit chat thoughts that begin and i think about what i am grateful for and then a few things i want to happen in that day.
The morning is the best time to use a couple of positive statements or affirmations. I like to use Louise Hay's quote "I love and accept myself" use this looking in the mirror when you are putting your make up on or fellas, having a shave or doing your hair. It may seem silly but you will see the benefits. If you can't love yourself then no one else will.

I hardly put my TV on now, as it is a negative distraction. I put on music i like, nothing that irritates me like some radio stations.

I love walking in winter and try to get a bit of fresh air and nature each week. It keeps me fit and gives me clarity. Exercise releases serotonin which is a mood elevator, helps you sleep, muscle contraction and memory function.

Therapies help uplift you, Reiki healing works on all the body system and helps with depression, sleep and just about every condition. It stimulates every cell in the body from negative to positive. A positive mind and outlook brings all positive desires, money, relationships, success, creativity, whatever you want. Reiki healing is such a relaxing treatment and is the most life transforming and powerful technique that i have experienced. I am a healer and master but make sure i get my me time and do my self healing or go to my healing master.
Reflexology also balances the body's energy system and is so relaxing.
I meditate nearly every day and it keeps my mind and body strong and makes me feel calm and gives me more focus. I get my messages from my Spirit Guides and Angels in meditations.

I try to eat organic and have a balanced diet and lots of treats. I eat nothing low fat or anything with aspartame, which causes holes in the brain, early dementia amongst many other huge side effects. I enjoy my food, its a pleasure and your cells react to the way you feel about everything.
I started eating super foods when i was ill and still do now as i have see the positive results. I take my Apricot Kernels every day, which are a natural mood elevator and my health has improved dramatically since taking them.

Winter is a romantic time, make your room cosy in the evening and if you have no one to snuggle up with put the candles on and make it romantic for yourself. If you create and feel a romantic atmosphere then you will create and attract romance into your life.

Keep a healthy body, strong mind and spirit and you will love to enjoy not just a winter but every day of your life.
